So I won't think about that now; I'll think about what's been and what's going on the table this week:
- Roasted Root Vegetable Hash with Venison Sausage and Fried Eggs, and Braised Turnip and Radish Greens
- From the Farm: 1 bunch turnips, 1 sweet potato, cilantro, Dai Due venison breakfast sausage, eggs, Larry's fire-roasted tomato salsa, turnip greens, radish greens, green garlic, spring onion
- Cauliflower Soup and Radish Tartine with Goat Cheese
- From the Farm: 1 Cauliflower, splash of milk, 1 giant spring onion, 1 green garlic, Texas French Bread whole wheat bread, chervil, 1 bunch assorted radishes, Cheesy Girl Femme Fatale Chevre Spread (this is from WF but counting it since it's locally made...and maybe one of my favorite things ever)
- Beet-za...that's Roasted Beet, Bok Choy, and Goat Cheese Pizza
- From the Farm: beets, bok choy, yellow onion
- Collards, Candied Sweet Potatoes, and Rotisserie Chicken
- From the Farm: 1 bunch collard greens, 2 sweet potatoes, Kocurek Farms Czech Bacon, onion
- Thai Green Curry with Butternut Squash and Rice
- From the Farm: 1-2 butternut squash, yellow onion, cilantro
