Menu Plan: 2/22-2/28

We are back on track! Farmhouse was able to once again provide the bushel list last Thursday (after a hiatus caused by the freeze). This bushel signifies the last of the winter season....but I have a feeling we haven't seen the last of the beets....

• Leek Souffle with Tarragon Carrots
• From the Farm: leeks, carrots
• Chorizo, Poblano and yam Fajitas with Guacamole
• From the Farm: 2 sweet potatoes, chorizo, 2 avocados
• Kale and Potato Frittata and Broiled Grapefruit
• From the Farm: kale, eggs, onion
• Hot & Sour Soup with Eggrolls
• From the Farm: bok choy, pork
• Stir Fried Bok Choy with Soba Noodles and maybe Green Onion Pancakes
• From the Farm: bok choy, spring onions
