I made some edits to the salad recipe here to make it a little easier to make again. Definitely serve with crusty bread if you're serving 4.
I also used a seasoning packet for the Aloo Gobi; it was pretty good but I think I'll try a recipe next time and see if that produces better results. I also made this with basmati rice instead of jasmine as previously noted.
